futuro inmediato...

El aire huele a frio en Bangor. El mar que veo desde la ventana aparece oscuro, una inmensa acumulacion de agua a punto de devorar los barquitos blancos que flotan en su superficie. Los arboles estan quietos, hoy el viento de Gales nos ha dado un descanso.
Pero en la calle no hace frio, solo huele a frio, es una sensacion de amenaza, como si los elementos nos susurrasen que tenemos que empezar a prepararnos para el otonho y el invierno.
Ha llovido esta noche pero ahora el cielo azul lucha por abrirse paso entre las nubes.
La Universidad se levanta magnifica en lo alto de su colina esperando recibir a los estudiantes que manhana empezaran sus clases. La ciudad se prepara para la voragine de los primeros dias pero a la vez esta segura de que vendra la calma.
Una vez todos nos introduzcamos en la delicada rutina del primer semestre asistiremos como dormidos al rapido paso de los dias y cuando queramos darnos cuenta la Navidad llamara a nuestra puerta y entonces volvere, para asistir a nuevos reencuentros y nuevas despedidas, estaciones de tren, aeropuertos y frio, frio intenso de Diciembre pero todo sera diferente porque estaremos en Navidad.
~~~ The air smells like cold in Bangor. The sea I;m watching trough the window is dark, a huge amount of water about to devour the small little ships that rest on its surface. The trees are quiet, the welsh wind gave us a rest today.
But it isn't cold in the street, it's just the smell, like a menace over us, like the elements whispering to get ready for autum and winter.
It's been raining tonight but now, the blue sky fights with the clouds to apear up there.The University building is magnificent up in the hill waiting for the students who will start their classes tomorrow. The town is getting ready for the maelstrom of the first days but at the same time it is sure of the calm that is coming afterwards.
Once we all get into the delicate routine of the first semester will see the days passing, just as if we were asleep, and suddently we will realize Christmas is knocking at the door and then I will come back, to meet you again and again say goodbye. Train stations, airports and cold, freezing cold, but everything will be different because it would be Christmas time ~~~

Reencuentros

Adoro esa manera tuya de mirar, buscandome entre la gente. Te brillan los ojos y asoma una sonrisa cuando me ves aparecer rodeada de viajeros con prisas, cargada de maletas y pensando sólo en abrazarte. Somos expertos en volver a vernos, nunca sabemos cuándo será ni cuánto tiempo durará pero tenemos la certeza de que va a suceder. Volveremos a vernos y a tener sentido juntos porque las cosas se viven mas intensamente cuando sabes que van a terminar.
